STELLA'S TREASURES RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Stella's does not offer refunds for any reason. In certain cases we will exchange an item or provide a CREDIT which can be used on line. When a credit is issued it will be issued in the form of a GIFT CERTIFICATE and can be applied to one or more online orders until the credit has been used up. In the event that your purchase exceeds your GIFT CERTIFICATE/CREDIT amount you will be asked to provide an additional form of payment during the checkout process. If a customer returns any item or refuses a shipment for any reason without providing EVIDENCE OF WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM STELLA'S TREASURES they WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If an exception to our return policiy is EVER made then we will provide you a written return authorization stating the exact terms of the refund you can expect including any applicable RE-STOCKING FEE which may be as high as 50% of the order total PLUS Shipping. In NO SITUATION WILL WE REFUND SHIPPING FEES!

SALE AND/OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
SALES ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS OR SPECIALLY PRICED ITEMS ARE FINAL - absolutely no refunds or store credits will be offered.

SHIPPING ERRORS MUST BE BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER WE SHIP THE ITEM.
Your order will include a packing slip. Please examine your shipment carefully upon receipt and call or email us immediately if there are any problems. Shipping errors cannot be resolved if not addressed within 15 days after we ship the item out.

About PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Stella's Treasures carries many limited quantity items. Though we will do our best to keep the site updated regarding products that are available it is possible that at times a product will show available when it is actually discontinued or on back order. If we receive an order and payment for any item that is NO LONGER AVAILABLE we will PROMTLY refund your payment in full! Please note we will ONLY refund for items not available. The rest of your order will be shipped and STANDARD RETURN POLICY WILL APPLY. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PRE-ORDER ITEMS (see below) IF SOME OR ALL ITEMS in your order ARE AVAILABLE BUT NOT CURRENTLY IN STOCK WE WILL NOTIFY YOU THAT YOUR ITEMS ARE ON BACK ORDER with an ESTIMATED SHIP DATE. We understand that some items are ordered for gifts and a delay in shipment could be a problem therefore IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO ACCEPT AN ITEM ON BACK ORDER YOU ARE REQUIRED TO NOTIFY US WITHIN 72 HOURS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE BACKORDERED ITEMS. Orders cancelled prior to shipment of the backordered items but after the 72 hour notification period WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

ABOUT PRE-ORDERS and PRE-ORDER DEPOSITS:
Sometimes our customers want to make sure we hold items for them. When we present popular new items that we do not know an exact arrival time on we will give our customers the opportunity to RESERVE an item by placing a PRE-ORDER or PRE-ORDER DEPOSIT (depending on estimated arrival times). When you see that an item is tagged as a Pre-Order it means the product is NOT currently in stock but we are accepting order reservations for when it does arrive and we will ship to our customers that have placed PRE-ORDERS in the order in which they were received. We will try to inform our customers of the anticipated dates of arrival but sometimes we simply don't know because the manufacturer has not advised us. In the event that an item is not yet in stock but expected within a couple of weeks we may title the item as PRE-ORDER but accept full payment at checkout. In this event, if you PRE-ORDER by Credit Card we will only bill a $20.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit until your item is ready to ship. When the item is ready to ship we will charge the balance due plus shipping and handling to the card and then notify you that your order has been shipped. If you PRE-ORDER Payment in Full using the PAYPAL checkout option you will be placing a NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT IN FULL. When you PRE-ORDER an item you, the customer, are guaranteeing that you will pay for the item in full. You are also authorizing us to charge the final payment to your credit card when the item is ready to ship. If you place a PRE-ORDER DEPOSIT USING PAYPAL, we will send you a PAYPAL REQUEST FOR PAYMENT/INVOICE for the balance due PLUS shipping and handling. When you PRE-ORDER an item you understand that if for any reason we cannot collect the BALANCE DUE plus shipping fees at the time the item is ready for shipment you will FORFEIT your rights to this item and Stella's Treasures will be free to sell that item to another customer. Furthermore when you PRE-ORDER an item you understand and accept that you will NOT BE REFUNDED any amount except in the RARE case that we cannot deliver the product to you due to a manufacturers shortage or failure to produce the item. When placing a PRE-ORDER DEPOSIT online our cart does not calculate shipping on Continental US Orders - therefore, SHIPPING WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL REQUEST FOR PAYMENT when we notify you that your product is ready to ship. Pre-orders for International and non-continental US State locations such as Hawaii and Alaska will be required to PRE-PAY the estimated shipping. In the event that there is an under payment or overpayment of estimated shipping during the pre-order deposit ordering process an adjustment will be made at the time we request final payment on the item.

About NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS ITEM IS AVAILABLE LISTS: After we have accepted orders that match our anticipated quantity of an item or depleted our inventory to zero we will change the item status to out-of-stock. If you add your name to a NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS ITEM IS AVAILABLE list and we receive additional quantities of an item or experience cancellations of Pre-Ordered items, we will notify everyone that has added their name to the Notify Me list. Notification of an Items availabilty does NOT mean the item has been reserved in your name. The additional inventory will be sold to the first person(s) who place their orders after the notification has been sent.

About SHIPPING:
Stella's Treasures has limited our shipping options to USPS Priority (national), USPS Priority International or Express Mail International (EMS) to assure our customers have the least problems receiving their orders. Shipping charges will be calculated using real time USPS calculations during the checkout process. Due to the way that OVERSIZED package fees are calculated by the USPS, there have been some errors in our online calculations. We reserve the right to add additional fees to your order to cover our actual shipping expenses. We may also refund you a portion of the shipping fees if we find that the shipping our cart charges is unreasonably high! Once we receive your order and confirm your payment we will notify you by email that your shipment is on it's way!

When your item leaves our shop it is in perfect condition unless otherwise stated. We do add $0.65 to each order to include Track & Confirm. However, we have no control over a shipment once it is in the hands of the USPS. the CUSTOMER will have to address any insurance claims with USPS PER USPS GUIDLINES AND REQUIREMENTS.

INSURANCE CAN BE PURCHASED as an additional ITEM on your order. We strongly recommend that you add insurance to protect your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS will include the default insurance that comes with Express Mail International. If you want additional insurance you should contact us PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER. There will also be a $5.00 per item handling fee included within your shipping charges. We ship internationally as a courtesy only. We will not be held responsible for the item once it leaves our shop. If you are not comfortable with your country's shipping history you may want to call our shop to place your order and discuss paying additional fees for special handling.

*On rare occasion, usually on CANADIAN SHIPMENTS, if an item is oversized we will not be able to ship EMS Global. Should there be any reason that we do not use the shipping type you purchased during your transaction and the change results in a reduced shipping cost to us we will REFUND the difference to our customers.

DOLLS THAT COME IN SHIPPERS WILL BE SHIPPED IN SHIPPERS! If you do not want the shipper used to ship your doll you will need to let us know PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER. There will be ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES.
